Establish oversight of the Back End of Supply Chain

Streamlining the front end of Supply Chain is often the result of increased market transparancy, in that buyers are aware of supplier cost directly  from the manufacturer.  Buyers bypass the middlemen (trading companies, agents and brokers) in order to buy directly from the manufacturer and thereby lower their cost of goods and improve problem resolution directly with the manufacturer. However the elimination of the middleman results in many companies encountering some problems with the new streamlined structure regarding the pre-export portion of the supply chain because they require ancillary services such as sourcing, quality control, consolidation, financing etc.

Establishing a low cost administrative platform and a supply platform in-country through a representative office will overcome this missing service component.
